Yesterday was a great day indeed!!
We have a little get together to celebrate Mun Jie Jie's birthday..
Our original plan was to go somewhere "special" but due to the H1N1 is better that we don't...
So, our plan B was to go hang out in......

My new Baby

I have gotten a new baby, not baby baby but a baby!! LOL!!
I participated in a lucky draw event that was held by Philips for their people...
Since I am working there temporarily, I get to participate..
And to my surprise I won a mp3!!! OMG!!
I was very shocked!! it was 2nd prize...
I have never won anything without sms-ing, email-ing and sending letter...
This was my first time and it felt really special... :D
Hopefully I get to bring this to Korea with me.... :D

Dinner at Picadilly

Last Sunday, my family and I (excluding my brother in law) went out for dinner. Well is the time of the month where I am suppose to ‘belanja’ them when I received my salary. It was suppose to be like two weeks ago but due to some communications problem with the agency, I received my salary late. Believe me, I was really angry but being the kind hearted me I just kept quiet.

Well, let’s return back to topic!! This post is not about my salary, well partly, but it is more about the dinner I am paying for. I took my family to this place, ‘Picadilly’ where the restaurant is located below the condominium ‘Millennium Square’. A friend of mine intro these place when we are doing a farewell dinner for another acquaintance of mine.

This place is quite good and is quite big. There are like two sections, one of the sections is where you can watch sports channel, mainly football, while enjoying your meal while the other section is much quieter mostly for a group of friends to sit down and chit chat.

As I have mentioned, I came here once before and I think this place I kind of good. There are so many types of foods here from Japanese to Western to Chinese to Malay and to Indian. So many foods too choose from and believe me you do not know where to start.

So let’s get on with the foods…. :d

~The drinks~

Apple Green Abbey

It is very nice. A little bit of sweetness and sourness. It became Nadia’s favourite drink :D

Chocolate Milkshake

Is okay. Not that thick.

Mango Lassi
Is very sour but very digestive.

~Side orders~

Mushroom Soup

Is very nice and the garlic bread is also good.

Fish Nugget

Is nice but there are not meat in the middle. It is all stick on the skin, so if you peel the skin astala vista meat!!

French Fries
Is not bad. The quantity is quite good compared to other restaurant.( Sorry I forgotten to take pic)

~The Food~

Fried Tong Fun

Is quite good but it’s a bit salty.

Chicken Briyani (Masala Sauce)

Is okay but the sauce is also a bit salty.

Grilled Chicken Breast (Black pepper Sauce)

Is very good for a chicken breast lover like me and my siblings, but the portion is a bit too small…
The last time I came, they gave to chicken breast instead of one…

3 side orders + 3 drinks + 3 main meals brings up a total of RM 59.95.
The price is consider okay for four people (Nadia is counted since she eats quite a lot). The average is around RM 15 per person. Is nearly the same eating at other places, or maybe even cheaper.

Well, we had a blast eating trying each other’s food and trying to persuade Nadia from drinking our drinks!! Hehe!!! :D
